Safety and cleanliness are top priorities to travelers as reported in a newspaper article that I read on Sunday. Well – DUH! Of course they are important. Would you or anyone want to sleep in a dirty bed or touch a phone that wasn’t clean? So on that note, I want to point out some tips that you can do to protect yourself from other peoples’ germs.
First, it isn’t enough to bring hand sanitizer with you everywhere you go. You need to use it. Besides keeping your hands 99.9% germ free, you can squirt some hand sanitizer on a paper towel or cloth to wipe the phone down before you use it. This will do in a pinch or if you aren’t sure if the phone is clean or not.
