Keeping fit on a cruise ship

It can be a real challenge to keep the pounds off while on a cruise. After all, you on vacation, right?? Well go ahead and indulge all you want. But remember, tomorrow will come and probably with unwanted pounds. BUT the cruise lines understand that many many people like to maintain their exercise routines. The gyms on board are pretty dang good, too. Here is a tip that I learned from travelling on a cruise ship. While I love to work up a sweat I need to have my water handy. To pay for water simply makes me crazy. I guess it is my parents growing up during the Depression and them teaching me not to waste that makes me feel that way. So I have brought on an empty water bottle to fill before I go to the gym on the ship. That is what I would do anyway. I fill a water bottle at home and then go to the gym. Why should it be any different at sea???

  1. Hi,

The nature of maritime travel changed significantly as both domestic and transoceanic flights became more common and affordable. A cruise liner that blends classic beauty and grace with all the modern luxuries, technology and comforts that make cruising a pleasure. Thanks...
