Specialty Dining on Board

When you take a cruise, please make sure that you take advantage of the ships specialty restaurant. Generally, the specialty restaurants are far superior to their regular fair. Not the regular restaurant is bad but the specialty restaurant is a different animal all together. The service is top notch with a sommelier at your disposal. The dishes are presented with a more flair. The dishes come out that way because the kitchen is much closer to your table. This enables the kitchen/wait staff to take a little more time into preparing your plate. The variety of dishes offered is different than what is being served in the main dining room. While it is always fun to be in the main dining room with the entertainment that the wait staff provides, if you are looking for a quiet more intimate setting, the specialty dining room is the place to be. I would highly recommend it.
