Follow up on Shore Excursion problem


.....I was thinking that I could call their 800 number, I could get someone to show mercy and give us our confirmation. This is the best part- they had already forwarded our confirmation and all I had to do was print it out BEFORE we sailed. Problem solved with minimal aggravation. Now that is customer service!
This is how I can very comfortably recommend Travel Guard to my clients. I feel quite good about it actually!
